3.3 Infinity Entertainment retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, promotional materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, project requirements, and materials necessary for the successful execution of the project.

4.2 All content provided by the client, such as images, videos, or third-party assets, must be free of legal restrictions. The client assumes full responsibility for obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, or licenses for such content.

4.3 Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required materials, information, or approvals within the agreed timeframe, may result in adjustments to the project timeline and costs.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 The payment structure for each project will be specified in the respective agreement. Typically, a deposit or upfront payment is required before work commences, with the balance payable upon completion or based on agreed milestones.

5.2 All payments are to be made via the methods outlined in the agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges and may also result in delays in project delivery or suspension of services.

5.3 In the event of non-payment, Infinity Entertainment reserves the right to withhold final deliverables and pursue legal remedies to recover the outstanding amount.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 While Infinity Entertainment endeavors to deliver exceptional results, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

7.2 In the event of proven liability, our maximum responsibility will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

7.3 Infinity Entertainment is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors, software, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.1 Infinity Entertainment makes no explicit warranties regarding the suitability or functionality of the deliverables for specific client requirements beyond those specified in the project agreement.

8.2 It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve the deliverables before using them in any public or commercial context. Any issues identified after final approval will not be covered unless explicitly agreed upon.

8.3 We strive for accuracy and professionalism in every project. However, due to the creative nature of our work, results may vary based on subjective preferences or unforeseen technical limitations.

9. Termination of Services

9.1 Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Termination by the client may require compensation for all work completed up to the termination date.

9.2 Infinity Entertainment reserves the right to terminate services without notice in cases of non-payment, breach of agreement, or misuse of our intellectual property.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions, as well as all related agreements and disputes, are governed by the laws of India.

10.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
